GENTLEMEN:

We live in Isle of View, Tool and while cleaning/working in the vacant lots early June I noticed a young man visiting with one of our neighbors and they left the residence and walked over to another neighbors home and was looking at the roof. I told Dan to go see what they were doing and if this was related to the storm we had April 24th.

Soon this young man was at our home & garage barn and checking roofs for signs of damage. Scott Karraker told Dan to contact our insurance agent and have someone come out to verify there was damage.

On June 14th I contacted our agent and the adjuster came on June 17th. Scott was there to represent us for the inspection. The adjuster confirmed Scott's findings on 100 Latimer Drive and the garage/barn.

On June 24th the insurance checks arrived for the replacement and the order for the new shingles was placed and would be shipped from Louisiana to the warehouse.

On July 6th a crew arrived at 8am and began removing the existing shingles. SERGIO was the foreman and his group of young men were really hard workers and new shingles. They did a fantastic job and completed this in ONE day.

There would be someone else to do the flat/rolled roof.
