Residential Roofing

Reliable Roofing & Construction works for the homeowner.

A good roof on average should last about 25 years. In some cases longer.  There are many factors that can increase and decrease the lifespan of your roof. Obviously hail damage and tornado damage can have a sever impact on your roof and shorten the life tremendously. Volatile weather can also decrease the expected life of a roof. Straight line winds can have direct as well as an indirect (falling branches and/or trees) impact. We have seen lightening strikes obliterated trees and the impact of the tree part damage the roof. It's hard to surprise us these days, but we know that man has little power over mother nature.

You may find it surprising that when we come out to inspect your roof we may say you are fine and you don't need a new roof. Our honest approach to this business is vital. If we inspect your roof and see it only needs minor repairs we will tell you just that.  What hopefully happens is we build a trust in our community.  People will not be afraid to contact us if they just would like their roof looked over.

We put the homeowner first. In the long run everyone comes out on top. Insurance companies, homeowners, and local businesses know that when we replace a roof in Dallas, Denton, Tyler, Corsicana, or anywhere in East or North Texas we did so because it was in the best interest of the homeowner. When you consider the cost of our legalized labor, material, and other costs such has advertising we are very competitive and reasonable.

We will also be happy to share our knowledge and experience with you. We believe that when we replace or repair a roof we should do it as if we were working on our own home. We never cut corners, we always clean up , and we never waste time.

The owners of Reliable Roofing & Construction are Mike Smith and Scott Karraker. If at anytime you want to speak to them for any reason you can pick up the phone and call them. (903) 275-5510. They are happy to hear from both existing residential customers and potential residential customers.
